Cable provider not listed during activation

I am in the activation stage of a new ROKU TV where it asks for your cable provider however, mine, Greenfield Communications in south Texas is not listed. Is there a way to ask ROKU to update their list with my cable provider?

Did you get this resolved? My provider--You Tube TV--isn't listed as an option.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I didn't see a way to resolve my problem during set up: that my cable provider (YouTubeTV) isn't listed as a provider.

Nope. No answers. You just exit the setup.
