Hi Danny. I’ve managed to sort the issue. A faulty hdmi port was the culprit. Thanks for your help!
Hello Danny I have done multiple factory resets,
switched cables, reset the internet, used a different WiFi network for set up, switched between power strip and wall, and still no solution.
can someone assist with this.

I just purchased a Roku and it is doing nothing except bouncing Roku on the screen,
It is connected to the wall, and all cables set up that came with Roku Express
I have several Roku and this one keeps boucing on the same screen - Very Frustrating!
I have completed a factory reboot several time, unplugged and re-plugged. Pretty much did everything you had suggested in the convo.
Please help!!
Thanks for the post.
Have you made sure that you are pressing and holding down the reset button on your Roku device for at least 30 seconds regardless what is happening on the screen?
