I have a Roku express that I am trying to connect to my Amazon Echo Dot second generation. I get the confirmation from Alexa that the command is being executed but then it says something went wrong please check back later. I’ve gone through the online set up several times with the Roku as well as the Amazon skill. I’ve restarted and reconnected both. The other thing I read on this forum is to make sure they are both on the same network and they are both on my 2.4 GHZ network. I can’t find help on here why this may be happening.
