Add device/no tv code

Trying to add a Roku2 to my account. Asks to enter code on tv. TV has no code - just Roku home and other screens. Any suggestions? Thank you

Thanks for the post.

We would recommend trying to perform a factory reset on the Roku device and then linking the device to your Roku account when prompted.
