Activation problem

I'm stumped. I went through the on-screen set up instructions; got an activation link and went online; completed the account/PIN/payment information; but my roku screen still says "this screen will automatically update when you're done." I've not received a code to "connect a device." What am I missing? Thanks.

Try calling phone support:  (816) 272-8106   choose option 2
