Activation mistake

During activation they asked what I subscribe to but I didn't put anything down, and now i can't watch anything. So I need to get back to that and put in my services but don't know how.

I'm not sure what they do with the current provider info.  I think it just allows Roku to auto log you into the channels that require a "provider account" log in.  You can still log into these channels manually.
