I just purchased a Roku Express tonight and installed in on my TV. I went online and created a Roku account. I have gotten to the point where it says"Now let's get you set up to stream." The question is do I pay for cable TV? I clicked "yes". Next it says select your cable provider. I select Spectrum and press continue. It then asks "do you ever rent or buy moves?" I select no and then there is a purple circle that spins. It doesn't go any further.
Any advice on how to fix?
Okay they had me refresh and then select no to that question and it went forward!
