Suddenly, my Roku 3 will not link to my Roku account. Thus, I cannot use the Roku. I have rebooted router, rebooted device, tried using phone as a remote. The Roku simply will not generate a code.
What do you mean it won't link to your account? You only do that once when you first set it up or you perform a factory reset. Those are the only times you get a link code.

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? As @renojim mentioned, if you have already setup the Roku device, you will not longer need to activate the Roku device.
