The issue is getting this roku stick/tv to connect to Spectrum cable TV. We moved from a location in which we were connected to Spectrum through roku. Also what does this unlink function do? We had HBO through roku at old location and it came right up at the new location so the issue seems to be exclusively with Spectrum.
When you move the Roku to a different location, you don't have to reactivate the Roku itself. Most channels should also work just fine. But if you have a channel that depends on your Internet provider being with the same company, that's where you might have issues. So to use the Spectrum channel you have to be using Spectrum as your Internet provider.
Also, at the moment there's a contract dispute between Spectrum and Roku, so the channel isn't available in the Roku channel store. If you already had the channel installed, it's supposed to still work, as long as you're on a Spectrum network connection as mentioned above. But you can't install the channel if you don't already have it.
