Continuously receiving an error when trying to start the free trail on Paramount Plus. I have created a new account after my son originally set up the Roku under himself. Now trying to set up under my email and I have no success even after the payment information was accepted? How do I fix this issue?

To resolve your free trial issue, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
