Apparently my new Express 4K+ is not compatible with my older TV. I was told that I would be losing features if I didn't upgrade. My old Roku device works just fine so I really would like to return the Express 4K for a refund. I cannot find a place at which to communicate this. Ideas?

However, what do you mean by it's not compatible? Does your TV have HDMI inputs or is it an old SDTV with the yellow/red/white RCA connections?
