Hi. What he wants to know is, is there a way to point the device to update from your servers. we had a service here in southafrica/zimbabwe called kwese, we had to buy a roku device to use the services but they closed down suddenly leaving thousands of people with roku devices that don't work because they try to connect to kwese servers for updates/channels instead of roko servers themself. so we are stuck with a roku that has no use that we paid for.
i suppose you did not have time to read my stated problem which said there is no command for remove app.
you may add this app on your Roku then try to delete if you can follow your guide line.
thanks and regards
Hi @nouriazadeh,
Thanks for the note.
The Kwese player is not manufactured by Roku. It is a Roku-powered device. The manufacturer used Roku software but still used their hardware to manufacture this device. Even though the device has Roku firmware, the hardware configuration is different. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to update software since it is a 3rd party device. We request you to contact the device manufacturer for further assistance.
We appreciate your patience with this matter.
Best regards,
Mary
