behind the channel icons.

Jump to solution

On my roku premiere+ behind the icons on the home screen it is now a sick pink hazy color.  I've tried every setting I can for the wallpaper, screensaver, theme, and background but it it still there.  It will momentarily disappear when I select one of the channels.  I do not like it and want it to go away.  Does anyone know how?

I suspect it is something to do with Feb 14th.  As I was watching it today in preparation for a factory reset, it just went away.  Strange to say the least.  There was some sort of out of focus item on the page too.  Not sure what it was.  Maybe some sort of flower.   Thanks for the advice.

@Qiset

If a System Restart does not resolve issue (Settings/System/Restart), I would move on to checking/replacing the HDMI cable, followed by replacing the 5volt, 1amp power adapter (or using a power adapter if you are currently powering the device from your TV's USB port).

If none of the above work, then I would resort to the Factory Reset option. (press and hold reset button in for 30+ seconds).  **Make sure you have a working physical Roku remote before performing the Factory Reset on a Roku device.
