Why am I unable to add Peacock to my device?

It shows Peacock is available online. I clicked install. It is not showing on my device. I can not even search for it. System shows updated but can not find the channel.

The NBC Peacock app for Roku was written by NBC to be compatible with the following Roku models (Check your model number via Settings > System > About):
(Current as of October 27, 2020. Check the source listed below for updates.)

Roku 2 (4210X model only)
Roku 3 & 4 (model 4200X or later)
Roku Streaming Stick (model 3600X or later)
Roku Express/Express+ (model 3900X or later)

I am having the same problem, I am unable to add peacock to my roku device

I do not understand this process and how I can make this work

Is there any way to talk to a live person ?

@jk11, where are you located?  Not all channels/apps are available in all regions.  It's up to the provider where they enable their channel/app on Roku devices.

Same problem. My roku will not let me add Peacock. Roku should fix this. Im not having this problem with my firestick
