When attempting to cast video via Airplay it won’t take my password.

When I attempt to cast a video view my iPhone and AirPlay I get a prompt to enter my password for Roku. When I enter the password it doesn’t go in. In other words it’s not accepted. I change the password reset still nothing

Thanks for the post.

Would you give us more information about the issue you are experiencing? Can you please provide us with the following information:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
  • steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
  • screenshot of the issue
