I have the new Roku 2024 4k Ultra streaming player. I have a weird issue where that when the Roku goes to sleep after 20 min, or I say "Hey Google turn off the Roku", that the Roku will turn off my TV, but will not properly turn off my soundbar. The soundbar and the TV are connected and configured to use eARC. This causes the TV to switch audio out away from the soundbar and back to the TV Speakers. If I turn off the TV normally or via the TV power button on the Roku remote the connection is not broken.
TV is connected to the soudbar via the HDMI eARC. I have the Roku plugged into a second HDMI port on the TV.
I suspect it might be a CEC issue or possibly a setup issue on my side? I am just not sure what it could be. This did work with my Roku Ultra 4k 2018.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
