I have just noticed that on my iPhone every time I open the Roku icon and select either Remote or Devices it takes me right back to home page on my phone to where I clicked on the Roku icon. What’s up with that? Also when I went to Roku to send for help, every time there was a selection as to what my question is about I click on the down arrow to make selection none of the selections are visible. You can just click in a blank space and what ever that was will show In the blank space. What is going on

So, the Roku is working, it’s just the iPhone app that has issues? And are you browsing the Roku contact page on the iPhone as well? If so, maybe a reboot of the phone would help, or trying a different browser. I just tried Firefox on Windows on the support site and that worked. I have no iPhone to test, but Safari on an iPad should be similar and that worked as well, which makes me think the phone is misbehaving,
