My woofer stopped working & now the LED status light will mot come on. It is still under warranty but when I enter the serial number on the warranty page it says it’s not a valid number.
1.power off the TV and unplug the power
2. unplug the woofer
3. wait for 15 min
4.power back up the TV and turn it on
5. plug back up the power to the woofer and press the reset for 5 sec (white light will blink quickly)
6. go to add new device in the settings of the TV and follow the steps
key is to unplug the power and wait 15 min
