I ordered an Ultra 4802R from retailer and received an Ultra 4802X. Anybody know what the differences might be?

It is exactly the same device. The X, R, or RW (Walmart) after the model number is just a retailer code (ie. where it was purchased). Other devices may have some country codes after them.

You should have received the newest Ultra (4802) with a rechargeable Voice Remote Pro.
