What board needs to be removed?

So I have a 5 year old 58" Sharps ROKU TV that I think their last update fried.  All I've got now is a black screen with sound and I only know that because I threw the remote and it started talking.  SO what internal board needs to be removed so my TV isn't dependent ON ROKU to work?
