We need different apps on multiple roku’s for our family. Can anyone HELP us?

We need help changing setting back, so we can choose which apps appear on each device in our home. We have multiple roku’s, we cant have all the same apps showing in all rooms, as what we choose to watch in other rooms. I was not aware of this update till recently, if you have kids, they don’t always share such news.

I can only hope there is an easy fix or we will need to buy more family friendly devices to replace these #Roku3

Thanks in advance to anyone that might know.

Sorry, but the only way to have different channels/apps on different devices is to link them to different Roku accounts.  All devices linked to the same Roku account will have the same channels/apps automatically installed.

Sorry, but the only way to have different channels/apps on different devices is to link them to different Roku accounts.  All devices linked to the same Roku account will have the same channels/apps automatically installed.

If you use multiple Roku accounts, you will want to consider how you subscribe to channels.

To share a subscription across multiple devices linked to different accounts (or even across Roku, web, other non Roku devices), you will need to subscribe to channel directly (website), not via your Roku account.  This is to avoid paying multiple times for the same address.

Some channels won't allow this. 😞
