Sounds like a CEC or IR issue.
If the Rbox is CEC enabled and can auto-switch inputs to its input when used, what happens if you use its Remote to switch inputs?
If you disable CEC in the Rbox, does the issue still happen?
If you cover up the Rbox's IR sensor and use the TV to switch inputs, does it still happen?
