I just got off the phone with Spectrum. We conducted troubleshooting procedures because it's not recording properly. I was asked to sign out of Spectrum and sign back in. However, when I tried to log back in, a convention keyboard was not displayed and I was not able to select all caps in order to enter my password. I explained it numerous times to tech support and they couldn't believe it. Tech support said is above their level and to call roku for support but I'm not able to speak to anyone due to only providing support to new customers and billing. Please help and thanks in advance for your support.
