Upgrade blocks the tv screen

Hello, I turned on my tv today and the screen is blocked by the Roku upgrade message that I can’t navigate to as the remote doesn’t control it. Tried to restart and reset Roku didn’t help. How can i get rid of it

That message is coming from your TV, not your Roku.

First clue it’s not from Roku is the color
