I have done resets, including factory reset, to try to get 2 icons (YouTubeTV & TLC) to work. I have unplugged Roku box, TV, Internet connection.

I tried to set up Roku box again. I am stuck in "Error 003 Can't update". The only choice is "Exit setup" which goes back to blank purple screen.

Other TVs and Roku boxes in house work.
