WHat do you mean by "manage"? I can pick from ones that are there (defaults) but how to add new themes via the device?

Go to settings, theme, , restore default theme and it should take you to original roku theme.  After, you can go back and set a different theme again.  I’m assuming there is some sort of bug on the updates when they push “on demand now” ad that automatically changes background for a few days until it goes back to the defaulted one.  This happened to me when they “on demand now” came up for Star Trek.
