The roku is talking to me. And saying what is listed. Like home, settings. How do I fix that

When I turn on my roku. She stats talking about the categories that are listed. And what channels I have. How do I fix this. It's quite annoying.

Press * on your remote 4 times quickly or turn off the "Screen reader" in the Accessibility settings.
