TCL TV keeps turning on and off. Continually. I have tried to factory reset button. I have held the reset down. Did not work. I pushed reset multiple times, that did not work. TV just keeps turning on and off. Sometimes I can get into the setup menu and start setting it up and then it turns off again. About to throw this TV in the trash!!!

Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
