Support follow-up response from online chat with agent
After my lengthy email chat on Roku.com support with agent Dharan about my recent purchase of a remote control it was determined that I should return the device and I would be receiving an email with return instructions.
Well the email never came. I was surprised to find out that Roku.com has no input method to file a customer complaint for sub-standard service from one their online agents.
