Going to the Roku home screen when you press the Roku Home button is the expected behavior, right?
I've never seen anything like that popup on my 3810 connected to a Samsung tv. I suspect that popup is from your Vizio. What happens if you press Enter (or OK or whatever it might be called) on your Vizio remote?
