Streaming Devices other than Roku

I have a TCL ROKU, and trying to reset my Google ONN BOX but it’s stuck on the sign in page where it asks to sign in or switch accounts. No matter what I do I can’t fix. Any help?

Are you using the correct remote?  Do you know that the remote works?
