I just bought a new Series 4 TCL Roku TV... I have seen recent posts for apps having volume level not existing. When in TV/Satellite mode the volume changes from channel to channel. No volume/leveling in Roku. There is one on DISH thru the their menu settings, but doesn't seem to matter. All other TV''s in the house are fine. My wife is a channel flipper, so she is not happy. Can't understand why you can't fix and send a software update,,,
