I have the following issue with updating the software automatically, find that this does not work, I have to update the software Manual.

Is there a way to fix this so that the software updates automatically.

Why are you thinking the software doesn't update automatically?

What is your device model number and OS version/build? Settings > System > About

That's the current OS I'm running here in the USA. And you say it tells you there is an update available?
