Second device does not ask which room

I just bought a Roku for another room, when setting it up, it does not ask which room, and when I try to log into a channel it keeps telling me I’ve got the wrong sign on / password. I reset it on my phone and get the same message. Any suggestions???

If you're trying to log into a channel you should be using that channel's sign on/password, not your Roku account.  You can edit the names/location of your devices at https://my.roku.com .
