Screen Saver Does Not Work Express 4+ (Black Screen Only)

I have Express 4+, the screen saver worked for about 2 months and now does not. Reset settings, re-booted, unplugged, etc. I want the aquatic theme back, please help!

Look for a new "power saving" option under Settings->System->Power and disable it.
