The picture on all choices is half way to the left.  Thus, I can't read the instructions on how to fix it.  I am not a techie so I really need help.  Thank you.

The more information you can provide, the more likely it is that somebody may be able to help.

To start:

Is this a Roku TV (one with Roku functions built in), or is it a Roku device connected to a TV?

What is the Roku model name and model number, as indicated by menu path Settings / System / About?  Since you may not be able to see what you are doing, this remote command sequence should get there but I don't know if you'll be able to see the results:   Home (x2 to make sure you're there with no screensaver), Cursor-up (go to Settings), OK (select Settings), Cursor-up (go to System), OK (select System), Cursor-right (go to About), OK (select About).
