I bought a Roku voice remote and I paired it with my onn. Tv and it worked fine then I updated the tv and then the remote wouldn't work it won't pair or anything so I did a hard reset on the tv now it's stuck on the let's get started screen and I can't use the remote, can't hook up to my hotspot on my phone or wifi to use a remote on my phone how can I surpass the let's get started screen by choosing English and then moving on?

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? Is the Onn TV a Roku TV?
