I can’t get my roku to work I just bought it and the symbol just bounces on the screen for 5 seconds and the it turns off and won’t turn back on

What's the model number written on the device somewhere?  If it uses a USB power adapter did it come with one and are you using it?

Yea it came with a usb power cord I’m using it I have it plugged into the wall the model number is 3920x

Have you tried using a different power cord and adapter? If not, we suggest giving it a shot. We would also recommend you try unplugging your router first, then boot up your Roku device. Once it's up, replug your router. Make sure to troubleshoot in this order, and then let us know if there's any difference afterward.
