Several people have had trouble obtaining an activation code setting up Roku. The fault may be a setting in your modem. As I see it Roku sends a code back to your device but if for some reason your modem blocks it and you get no code. I reset my modem back to factory settings and was able to get a code and register with no problem. I had a reset button on my modem but you may have to go through your isp depending on your make.
