Roku no longer dislays a menu and does not appear as an option on Vizio

I can no longer see anything pertaining to Roku on my Vizio TV.  I used to see a Roku menu when I powered on.  Then there was just an icon on the Vizio menu, just like there is for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.  But now that no longer displays. Any suggestions?

@rkferguson

It sounds like a different input was selected.

Doesn't your Vizio remote have an Input button? It should allow you to toggle through the various inputs, one of which should be the one to which your Roku is connected.

My Roku also doesn't display menu screen anymore. I've tried several HDMI ports and it gets to Roku logo and nothing else. I have switched devices out several times and it's the same on each one. What can be the problem?

@CheeChee39, you say you've switched out the device, but have you switched out the power source?  Especially if you're using the TV's USB port.

Yes I've tried all HDMI ports including side. Someone said I may need an adapter that I can plug in to something other than the HDMI. At this point I'm willing to try anything

It’s not clear if you understood @renojim’s suggestion of trying a different power source.  If you haven’t, that’s a good suggestion.  I wouldn’t look for an adapter, unless you’re pretty sure that the Roku is fine, but all the TV HDMI ports have gone bad.

Banned but back. Because why not?
