The message you are trying to access is permanently deleted.
I see that others have posted this as an issue and the Solution appears to be that Roku Support has to fix it.
when I turn on my Roku tv yesterday and today, I only see the wallpaper. No apps, no menu items. I can only get to stations and channels based on the remote buttons or using the voice command (which is pretty poor)
I already did the hit Home 5 times and then Back 5 times so here’s my tv info to help me fix this faster:

Have you tried performing a System Restart on your RokuTV?
Settings/System/Power/System Restart.
Thanks AvsGunnar. I can get to TV Settings, then I don't have a System submenu. So I can't try what you're suggesting - I can't get to that menu path. When I try to get to Settings (not TV Settings) using the voice activation, I get this error: Voice for settings is not available on this software version.
Do you have any other fixes?
Is this a newly setup RokuTV? If so, I am wondering if maybe this is setup in store mode (or got toggled over to store mode) rather than home mode.
When you go to Settings, what submenus are available to you? Don't use Voice feature, use the arrows on the remote.
