I just bought a new OLED 4K TV: Samsung QN65S90DAF. Says it's 4K OLED HDR+
Roku is setting the display to 1080P HRD10+.
When I look at 4K Dolby Vision it tells me my TV doesn't support, but I can see a screen.
4K HDR - HDR10+ at 30 FPS which it doesn't recommend
4K TV is available which I Was going to try next. Just trying to figure out if I need a newer HDMI cable for the Roku to see my TV available options?
What options should I choose?
Well, the latest HDMI standard is 2.1b. If you are going to get a new HDMI cable, get one with one of the latest standards (at least 2.1 or 2.1a) and make sure it is a certified one and not one of the many generic brands out there that you don't know what you are getting. 2.2 is due out sometime in the next few months.

I have a new Samsung OLED. It states that all HDR settings are active out of the box.
Looking at the Roku help file, I did have to enable something on my TV.
Go to Settings > General > External Device Manager >
There was something called Input Signal Plus. I turned it on for the HMDI port that has the Roku and it gave me a new option for 4K HDR10+
Looks like more TV manufacturers have a setting for this.
