Which one of the 3 Roku Ultras that this has occurred on would you want information on? It seems irrelevant to choose just one. They all were updated to the latest firmware revision. It happens on multiple apps at random times so no specific steps to reproduce. I would have to say that this is the third strike..... Ultra is out. Your support team is erratic at best with different answers each time to the same issue. That's if they even read my questions and address them, which most of the time never happens. You all should be ashamed of yourselves with sending a product such as this out into the consumer market and also be ashamed with your employ of such morons. Perhaps not you, but there are many.
