Roku Ultra Search Missing in USA, California

My old Roku 3 stopped working, so I purchased the Roku Ultra from Amazon.com and I don't see the search page anymore. I live in the USA, in California.

I have a Roku 3 and my search button also disappeared. However, the voice search function still works (?!?)

I also live in California. We recently spent some time in Boulder CO and we brought our Roku. But that was still in the USA.
