After i read some related treads regarding this, manually updating the firmware does not help the issue. Is there anyway to solve this problem?

Roku lists the devices below as supporting streaming with AirPlay 2:

thank you for the quick response, but unfortunately there is no Airplay in my Roku Ultra. 

Already did manual update, turn off and turn on the unit but still no Airplay..

Send a message to @RokuDanny-R - make sure you give him the model name/number/software version/serial #/device ID/your location
