My Roku TV no longer has screensaver options, screen saver wait time nor theme options. All of those were available on my TV when purchased but suddenly disappeared 5 months after purchase. I've went through all settings and no options. What happened? Very frustrating.

These things are just special purpose computers. Like their big brothers sometimes clearing things out by restarting** them can correct problems.  
 
Depending on your Roku model you'll find the "System restart" under "Settings > System > Power", or if you have no Power option, under "Settings > System".
 
If a restart doesn't do it, or if you don't have sufficient control with the remote to navigate the Roku menus, you can also restart by pulling the power plug to the Roku for a minute or so then plugging it back in.
 
** If yours is a Roku TV with "Fast TV" start enabled, turning the set off/on just puts it in/out of a low power standby state and doesn't give you a complete restart.  Use the restart methods above.

Could you share the following?

• Your Roku TV model or serial number
• The OS version (you can find this under Settings > System > About)
• A pic of the TV screen

In the meantime, try doing a system restart like @makaiguy suggested.

Unplugging for a few minutes did not work. I ended up just doing a factory reset and now everything is back to normal!
