It says my tv was last updated January 7th and I’m still on OS 10.5.0 build 4210-30. I’ve tried just about everything besides a factory reset.
Thanks for your patience.
We would recommend checking for a manual update on your Roku device at this time.

Did you ever have the software rolled back to correct some issue that an update caused? @RokuDanny-R might have to look into it.
Yes actually back in November of last year.
That would do it. I think it takes someone like @RokuDanny-R to get your Roku TV off of the "don't update this device" list. Be prepared to give the Roku serial number as displayed under Settings->System->About.
Yea if I can get off that “list” that’ll be great.
Thanks for the post.
As @renojim mentioned, can you please provide the serial number or device ID of the device that is stuck on OS 10.5? Once we have that information, we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
Danny

Hi @BkLiveWire
Thank you for the inquiry!
Could you tell us more about the issue you're experiencing? What's the model number of your Roku device? This can be found at the back or underneath the player itself.
With more information, we can assist you further.
Warm Regards,
Lianna
I’m still waiting for a response @Anonymous
