Just bought a Roku Premiere and it will not detect Cineplex Store. And it shows on the package box it does....I am not happy..........rrrrrrrrr

Cineplex is available only in Canada as fast as I know.

Are you located in Canada?   Are you linked to a Canada-based Roku account?  Are you connecting via a Canada-based IP number, not a VPN based elsewhere?

It is me again. I got it!!!!! 

The reason why I could not update or get CINEPLEXSTORE is on my Roku Premiere account my email ended in ______yahoo.ca I used a different email ending in ______gmail.com. WOW !!!!! Bang!!!! Just like that I updated CINEPLEXSTORE on my Roku Premiere after a factory reset...

I got Cineplex Store after using a different email account ending in gmail.com......originally i was using yahoo.ca and u are correct!!
