This is what happens when I start each one:

Channel - Hangs on the loading screen

Screensaver - Gray screen, even when a Photo Stream is set up at https://photostreams.roku.com/ and included in the screensaver

Tried updating the both channel and Roku OS manually, and both are up to date at the time of typing. I've also tried restarting the TV, and removing and re-adding the channel.

Software info:

Roku Photo Streams - Version 1.35, build d643098f

Roku OS - 11.0.0, Build 4193

Model: TCL 55R615 (Roku TV)

We would be more than happy to look further into this issue.

Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing 
With more detailed information, we will be able to investigate further.

I actually found the solution on my own; my network was on a VPN and the issue was resolved simply by removing the TV from the VPN at the e outer level.

I had the same problem but fixed it by just checking the network connection from the network menu.
