So I have read through the support area and this seems to be a very common issue but this device isn’t available for support… not even sure how that makes sense…
I am stuck on the loading screen where it bounces… It will not do anything else at all..
I have tried all of the following:
- Removed wifi
- Different Wifi
- Factory reset (will not actually reset - held for 1 min)
- Tried unplugging everything
- Tried different HDMI ports
My serial number is: S07R216NJG8M
Any help would be greatly appreciated especially if there is away to get it replaced.
